American Express is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide real-time customer support via online web chat- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Utilize critical thinking skills to provide innovative solutions to customer problems- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and timely responses- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and dedicated personality traits- Strong critical thinking skills- Ability to innovate and come up with creative solutions- Excellent written communication skills- Proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively- Bachelor's degree preferred
