Job Description:

As the Online Support Manager at Big Lots in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for managing the online customer support team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your role will involve overseeing online customer interactions, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer support representatives and ensure they are meeting performance goals and objectives.- Develop and implement processes for handling online customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and effectively.- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and make recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to enhance the online customer experience.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to continuously improve our customer support services.- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the performance of the online support team.

Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or related field.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.- Independent worker with the ability to make decisions autonomously.- Persuasion skills to handle difficult customer situations.- Experience in people management.- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
