Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Dover in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience. This is a part-time role with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the online platform to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions- Develop and implement online operational strategies to enhance overall performance- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online operations with overall business objectives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive- Provide guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional growth and development- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of online operations
