Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Affirm in Dallas, Texas. As an Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online live chat system to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage the online live chat system to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services, and policies- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide reports to management- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online chat management
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in online chat management or customer service- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable and hardworking personality traits- Strong research and decision-making soft skills
