Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at TJX in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a confident and reliable personality.

Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our online shopping platform- Assist in creating and updating customer service policies and procedures- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite- Experience in online retail and e-commerce is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
