Job Description:

Ashland is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer onboarding, retention, and expansion- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement- Create and implement customer success strategies and processes- Provide timely and proactive communication to address customer needs and concerns- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track customer success- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer success

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field- Strong planning and creativity skills to develop innovative solutions for customer challenges- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
