Online Customer Success Associate

Principal Financial is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resilient, have strong project management skills, and be innovative in their approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Provide support and guidance to customers through email, chat, and phone interactions- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely manner- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist with the creation and implementation of customer success programs and initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
