Job Description:

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.4. Process customer orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Energetic and confident personality traits.3. Strong decision-making and project management skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
