Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at PulteGroup in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers in an online setting.
Responsibilities:- Manage online customer inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and social media- Provide timely and professional responses to customer questions and concerns- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Monitor and track customer feedback and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate solutions to customers- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
