As an Online Customer Care Assistant at Voya Financial in Fort Worth, Texas, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their financial accounts, inquiries about products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and solutions to clients regarding their accounts and financial products- Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and password resets- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in conducting research to find solutions and answer customer inquiries- Experience working in a fast-paced, digital environment preferred
