Job Description:As an Online Contact Center Specialist at Colgate-Palmolive in Dallas, Texas, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about Colgate-Palmolive products.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other online channels- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Conduct research as needed to address customer questions or concerns- Document all interactions with customers in the appropriate system- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
