We are currently seeking an Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Devon Energy in Houston, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As an Online Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online platforms such as email, chat, or social media- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to educate customers and drive sales

Requirements:- Independent and passionate individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service- Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
