Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Tenneco, located in Austin, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent online customer service to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media- Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies- Assist in planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to attract new clients- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred- Strong decision-making and planning skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as needed- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
