Responsibilities
• Identify and secure safe, sanitary, and affordable housing• Establish partnerships with property owners and managers• Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations• Manage procurement relationships and inventory• Coordinate housing set-ups and logistical activities• Coordinate case management services• Deliver orientations to clients• Satisfy recordkeeping requirements• Make recommendations for continuous improvement• Use personal vehicle for transportation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience• Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations preferred• Prior supervisory experience preferred• Strong relationship-building and networking skills• Ability to manage complex logistics• Ability to promote an organizational culture• Proven success working in a multi-cultural environment• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills• Fluent in English• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications• Valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle
