Job Description:

Big Lots is seeking a reliable and confident Office Manager to work from home in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth running of office systems.

Responsibilities:1. Coordinate and oversee office operations and procedures2. Manage administrative staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively3. Handle office budget and expenses4. Maintain office supplies and equipment5. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments6. Prepare reports and presentations for management7. Handle confidential information in a professional manner8. Develop and implement office policies and procedures9. Assist with HR functions such as onboarding and employee relations10. Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field2. 3+ years of experience in office management3. Strong communication and organizational skills4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite6. Strategic planning and presentation skills7. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection8. Must be a resident of San Diego, California9.
