Summary: The office manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the front office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide general support to office visitors Answer incoming calls throughout the day Check phone messages throughout the day; return calls or route messages as needed Handle customer service issues and customer complaints as needed Obtain customer information, enter and maintain accurate records within the database Set up estimates and send information to the sales team Work with the residential project manager on scheduling jobs and finalize setting up jobs with customers Maintain job and customer information: verify job notes, pictures, and updates are in the database Upload sewer videos online Train new office staff when needed Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and break room Maintains inventory of office supplies and break room; orders new supplies as needed Be available to help in whatever capacity may be needed (creating sewer inspection reports, sorting mail, tracking down information, submitting permit applications, calling in inspections, creating job packets, etc.). Performs other duties as assigned WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of administrative experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organization skills and attention to detail  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.  Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
