Job Details: Contract: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $44-51/hr for locals, $1,920-2,200/week for travelers based on experience Shift:  Days - 40hrs/weeks - 8 am-4:30 pm Experience: 1+ years of Home Health and OT experience  Requirements: WA OT License OASIS experience preferred Epic experience preferred Skills checklist 2 professional references Description: Occupational therapists treat disabled, ill, or injured patients with special equipment and the therapeutic use of daily activities. They help patients improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day to day life and work. They may provide long-term patient care and acute patient care.
Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan. Assessing home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed. Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities. Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills. Preparing clients for a return to work.
