The successful candidate is responsible for the coordination of internal and external resources. Responsible for the coordination of internal and external resources to ensure project deliverables are met and that the operational goals of the Autonomous Haulage and other surface automation implementations are fulfilled. We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.Responsibilities:Maintain existing, re-forecast, and work within a People, Process, Technology Plan that will be used to describe, track, and communicate specific project tasks and milestones.Provide project communication internally to various project stakeholders.Identify, coordinate, and consult with project stakeholders to get buy-in for project improvement.Liaise between autonomous operations and engineering to ensure the timely and accurate transmission of operating plans and performance reports.Compile Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for autonomous equipment. Own this document and update as required.Liaise with the Training Department to develop autonomous system training materials for new hires and control room operators who are new to the position.Develop and implement employee engagement tools to gauge perception and effectiveness of autonomous project communications.Promote open communication between all levels of the organization. Participate in evaluation of all technology solutions regarding safety and health risk, production risk, and sustained feasibility.Ensure a safe and environmentally responsible project implementation with all staff, consultants, and contractors.Ensure adherence to the project budget, forecasts, and reporting cadences.Other responsibilities as needed.
