New Store - Retail Associate

Some Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Meijer's product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Cashier Duties: Accurately handle transactions at the cash register, process payments, and provide correct change to customers.
Stocking and Merchandising: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall shopping atmosphere.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the store clean and organized, including checkout areas, aisles, and restrooms.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications: Previous retail experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
