Responsibilities
• Provide network support for priority incidents• Collaborate with key team members to identify problem root cause• Act as liaison between properties, continent teams, and IT• Create and mature incident response processes• Train and mentor team members• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery• Develop implementation plans for projects• Create and enhance policies and procedures• Resolve complex network issues• Monitor and maintain technology products and services
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field• 5+ years' experience as a network engineer• Experience in WAN, LAN, and datacenter networks• Technical knowledge in networking and network tools• Ability to work non-standard hours in a 24x7x365 environment• Occasional travel required• ITIL V4 certification (preferred)
