We are seeking an experienced and outstanding .Net Developer with Strong experience in Azure for one of our esteemed clients.
Role: .Net Developer with Strong experience in Azure Location: Tallahassee FL Duration: Longterm QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Leadership of a successful development and implementation of an application in Azure development.
Eight years of architect, design and development experience with .NET application and Entity framework.
Ten years of experience with MVC.
Thirteen years of Object-Oriented programming, ASP.NET, JavaScript and application development using C#.
Six years of experience working on a project using Scrum.
Six years of experience with Azure Build and Deployment automation processes.
Five years of experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration (between cloud and on-prem), data warehouse, scheduling VMs, and Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, ARM templates.
Five years of experience with integrating Azure AD into a web application using OpenID Connect.
Three years of experience with Azure ASE and integration with SQL MI.
Three years of experience with Azure Data Warehouse and integration and SQL MI.
Two years of experience with Power BI.
Five years of experience with Azure cost analysis.
Five years of experience with collection, calculation, and analysis of data related to FEMA claims.
Six years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers.
Five years of experience with analysis of People First data for service costing.
Six years of experience with FLAIR date and reports; and
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent with work experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVICE TASKS : perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
Design, code, and document application architecture as directed by the Department.
Provide technical training and guidance to development team members as directed by the Department.
Provide technical guidance to product owner as directed by the Department.
Assist Scrum Master with monitoring development team productivity as directed by the Department.
Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project (planning sessions, stand-up sessions, review sessions, backlog grooming sessions, pointing sessions, and retrospective sessions) as directed by the Department.
Conduct code review as directed by the Department.
Work with the Department s Office of Information Technology and development teams to analyze and minimize costs associated with the Azure environment.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: Must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING: The Department will conduct a criminal history record check, including fingerprinting, on the consultant assigned by the Contractor prior to the consultant commencing work for the Department. The Department retains sole discretion as to whether the results of the criminal history record check will result in the Contractor s employee being disqualified from performing services pursuant to this agreement.
