The NEO Coordinator is responsible for supporting New Employee Orientation (NEO) and all centralized training programs. This position is also responsible to create a warm and welcoming learning environment for all participants of NEO and centralized training programs.

Monitors Participation and Record Keeping Enters transcripts into EduCare upon completion of training as appropriate Manages Employee Access to Select Computer Applications Handles Logistics ; Maintains adequate inventories of all materials and supplies Coordinates Presenter and Trainer Schedules Presents identified modules regularly or as back-up Manages the training evaluation process High school Diploma/GED;Required One to Three Years: Related experience in coordinating and scheduling events, public speaking or customer service; Required Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines; Required Proficiency in basic Microsoft Applications; Required Benefits of working as a NEO Coordinator- New Employee Orientation in Edina, MN:
