National Accounts Receivable Coordinator Roto-Rooter Services Company is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator with exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining our Corporate Accounts Receivable. This on-site, 30-hour per week position will be located at our Home Office in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
Responsibilities are listed below but not limited to the following:
Establish a relationship with our National Accounts – AP Department to keep accounts current. Establish payment criteria for our National Accounts. Assist company branches in collecting for National Accounts. Assist Accounting Department with payment inquiries. Manage National Account Credit Card Payments. Understand and navigate various platforms to fulfill job requirements. Documentation for Accounting Processes. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or finance preferred. Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related fields. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
