Kal's Motor Group is looking to bring in a TEAM player with a positive attitude and proven auto experience.
Responsibilities will be:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with their fleet parts needs. Source all parts new and used for Kals Service Center  Pay attention to detail ordering parts correctly.  Ensure our technicians are ready to perform the job they are working on. Answer incoming phone calls.  Schedule customer appointments  Be in contact with Kal's customers. before during and after their repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. YOU will be the face at the counter representing Kal's!  Build Kals work orders in totes to be processed.  Accurately enter all invoicing into Kal's software system.  Be prepared to work in a fast-paced position. Attention to detail and time management is required. Collaborate with the IBS team to support efficient operations. Search and find the best value for our parts treat it as saving money is making money Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications needed:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of automotive parts preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
