At Bluemont, all General Managers begin as Floating General Managers first, before being placed in stores. After 6 to 10 weeks of training, Floating General Managers will float in a market's geographical radius. We franchise 50 Dunkin ' stores in the Birmingham, Chattanooga, Cookeville, Knoxville, & Murfreesboro Markets and Surrounding Areas.
Quick service coffee beverages are our specialty with a side of donuts and quickly made sandwiches.

Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position. 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions. 1 year of scheduling experience. 2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience. 5 years of cash handling experience. 5 years of customer service experience. 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics. Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM. Active ServSafe Certification preferred. At least 18 years of age. High school Diploma/Equivalency. Valid Driver's License.
