Job Title: Multifamily Construction Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager , you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multifamily construction, effective project management skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage and lead project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing issues as they arise.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
* Procure materials, equipment, and services required for project completion.
* Analyze and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and company leadership.
Project Manager Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
