Location : North Eastern Illinois
Practice Setting: Hospital
Department: Full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging. 
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm On Call Requirement : 2 Types of Call: Weekday 4pm-11pm call from home (only with no day shifts on those days) about on average once a week. Weekend Requirement: Weekday 4pm-11pm call about once a week; Weekend call about 7 calls per year
Intermittent evening shift and weekend call duties are fulfilled remotely from home with fully functional PACS/Voice recognition systems.  Work Details:
Board Certified/Board Eligible requirement : Board Certified
Fellowship -Trained in MSK Radiology - REQUIRED
State License Requirement: IL License required or willing to obtain
Additional certification Requirement: BLS Average Daily Census: Mix plain film and cross sectional. 110 xrays, 20 MRIs/CT/Ultrasound
EMR : Epic, PowerScribe 360, Intlerad PACs, Softek Illuminate
Patient Population : All ages, but pediatrics not required Duties : MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsy - REQUIRED Credentialing Timeline: usually 2-3 months (depends on if physician has IL license in hand or not)
