Text: LiveChat: (Business Hours) Email: Call: Qualifications 1-3 years sales experience in multi-family environment preferred, or senior living/retail/hospitality experience Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Provide high quality customer service to residents and prospective residents. Follow-up on all calls, emails, and prospect tours consistently. Meet or exceed leasing/occupancy goals. Collect deposits and other applicable fees upon move in. Collect all necessary move in paperwork. Perform daily inspection of available apartments, model apartments, and tour path. Compliance with data entry into CRM.
Create and participate in marketing activities to garner interest in the community and retain current residents.
