Responsibilities
• Understand and educate mortgage applicants on financing options• Advise and review loan programs based on applicant's goals• Be accessible to answer questions and provide updates to buyers and loan parties• Maintain reports and notes in origination software and CRM systems• Contact new leads daily and make presentations on loan products• Manage loan application to funding process• Market the company's products and services to potential business sources• Develop sales leads and provide weekend coverage in builder communities• Review and address discrepancies in borrower documentation• Attend loan closings when possible
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience• Valid driver's license and vehicle• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator• Proficiency with MS Office and email• Ability to sit for majority of workday and use hands• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred• Bilingual preferred
