Responsibilities
• Preparing, cooking, and packaging food safely, quickly, and efficiently• Keeping the kitchen neat, clean, and organized at all times• Working safely around kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance issues• Adhering to food safety and general safety standards• Maintaining knowledge of procedures and new product procedures• Preparing and packaging food for catering and in-store orders• Maintaining product quality and consistency• Following sanitation and safety procedures• Working with team members to maintain guest satisfaction• Modeling and supporting clear communications between front and back of house
Requirements
• Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, with two of those days being Friday & Saturday• Must have reliable transportation• Able to meet physical demands of the position• Customer-service oriented with positive attitude and love for connecting with people• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic• Able to multitask and work efficiently• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members• Willing to give best effort at all times
