Convert leads generated from the marketing and SDR teams, taking them successfully to closure. Generate new pipeline through your own outbound prospecting efforts against a list of targeted Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. Conduct thorough research and discovery to understand client needs, pain points, and competition in order to effectively position the value of Vagaro's suite of software solutions. Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activity and forecast effectively. Scope customer needs and generate value driven proposals. Respond to inbound RFPs as?needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Participate in trade shows and events as necessary Be a team player and work well with others
Who we are searching for: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years in customer-facing technology sales with proven quota performance. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment selling to mid-market and enterprise customers. Strong business acumen and understanding of the full sales cycle. Experience in heavy outbound prospecting is preferred. Deft at handling long sales cycles; 6-18 months long Self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with professionalism Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Vagaro's solutions to diverse audiences. Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales productivity tools. Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry, with experience in selling software solutions to enterprise-level clients preferred.
