Job Description Hybrid based role reporting into our Florham Park location.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manger, you will be responsible for the day-to-day contract workflow from creation to execution of contracts for the GPO, IDN and Hospital channels. You will craft, evaluate, negotiate, execute, and record a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams (account managers, contract team colleagues, legal, compliance, and others) to ensure contracts are legally compliant and structured to be consistent with company strategies and requirements. 
Role responsibilities include but not limited to: Craft, evaluate, negotiate (including redline and re-write terms), and execute of contract documents (agreements, amendments, and renewals) under minimal supervision. Collaborate with legal resources and internal stakeholders to identify gaps between proposed contract terms and identified business requirements. Ensure that the contract is complete, accurate and all risks have been identified to the business owner and the proper reviews/approvals completed prior to execution. Assist department in preparing RFP and RFI documents as requested by customers for timely submission by the appropriate deadline. Perform activities relating to price actions, product launches, and product changes (adds/deletes) notifications. Conduct root cause analysis for any contract-related issues or disputes. Identifies and raises issues before they become critical and adjusts quickly to the changes of a dynamic organization. Record and maintain the tracking of all contract terms (requirements, provisions, etc.) Prepare contract summary sheets and work closely with Contract Operations team to ensure seamless transition of executed contract documentation to implementation. Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and financial metrics for management review. Aid in the development and improvement of existing processes, including updating or creating standard form templates, contract playbooks and guidelines and escalation processes. Respond to inquiries regarding terms in existing contracts and assist business partners in understanding contract provisions. Manage the contract signature process, including e-signatures and manual signatures. Works consistently within the department's metrics/timelines for completion of documents. Oversee the filing of all final contracts. Maintenance of contract records/files and monitor retention for contract documentations. Facilitate and administer various requests for information, audits, assessments, and special projects. Periodically serves as backfill and/or overflow support when needed. Contribute to initiatives aimed at developing shared resources at enhancing workflow efficiency, automation, and standardization. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Contract Development and Lifecycle Management. Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in contract drafting, redlining and negotiations. Must exhibit an understanding of legal contract concepts and negotiation strategies.  Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PorwerPoint, Word and Adobe are required. Familiarity with enterprise contract management software, including e-signature programs, ModelN/Revitas and SAP. Experience managing IDN, GPO and hospital agreements. Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry experience preferred. Must maintain a high level of flexibility. Proactively creates and resets priorities as the need arises to adhere to standard turnaround times. Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and close attention to detail. Excellent organizational & time management skills to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust to multiple demands, shift priorities and change. Possess strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to coordinate and communicate across several departments. Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems as well as follow through on assignments with minimum direction. Must be customer-centric, self-motivated, and proactive. The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.?
