Job summary
Copper Hills Youth Center is a 24/7 secure residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12 through 17.Provide treatment for youth with psychiatric disorders to facilitate positive changes.Goal is to help youth return to their families and communities.

Responsibilities
• Serve as positive role model for youth and provide close supervision.• Document behaviors and intervene during student crisis using de-escalation skills.• Ensure students are meeting daily goals, facilitating group interactions, and enforcing behavior standards.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.• Minimum 21 years old.• Excellent verbal communication skills.• Ability to work effectively in a team and high stress environment.• Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.• Excellent attendance record.• Must be able to pass a background check.
