Responsibilities
• Teach and develop independent living skills• Ensure security of the facility and supervision of residents• Complete paperwork and reports in an organized manner• Facilitate psychoeducational groups or programming• Administer medications under supervision• Conduct monthly house meetings for residents• Assist in developing treatment plans• Assist in orientation of new admissions• Identify individuals prone to behavior emergencies• Assist in de-escalating potential behavior emergencies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work + 2,000 hours work experience• OR No college degree + 4,000 hours supervised work experience• Must have car, auto insurance, and driver's license
