Responsibilities
• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service• Answer phone calls and assist callers with questions• Check in and sign up new members, communicate updates and events• Respond to member questions and concerns• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases• Keep front desk area and lobby clean and orderly• Regular facility cleaning and upkeep• Cleaning of exercise equipment and tanning beds• Cleaning of restrooms and wet areas• Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Submit to a criminal background check for overnight positions• Exceptional customer service skills• Prior customer service experience preferred• Must be 18 years of age or older• High School diploma/GED equivalent required• Upbeat, positive, and professional attitude• Punctuality and reliability• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification• Physical ability to perform job tasks• Ability to see and hear within normal range
