Coordinating and scheduling transportation services to meet customer needs
Being the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations
Monitoring routes in real-time and making adjustments as necessary for efficiency
Tracking and reporting on transportation activities to keep everyone informed
Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations to maintain safety and quality standards
Providing excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries and resolving issues
