The Marketing Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. By encouraging close relationships with creative leads and keeping in constant communication with partners, the Producer guides the production of assets from creation to deployment. You will report to the Senior Marketing Producer for Apex Legends. Responsibilities Content Production – You will manage the production of video and design assets; Key Art, Design systems, Video trailers, PBM Videos, Screenshots. Maintain Toolset – Maintain the tools we use daily. Liaise daily between multiple teams. Track all assets and approvals. Coordinate with team members to ensure assets are tracked. Help create content production schedule with the Franchise Lead Producer. Filter and communicate notes/ feedback to the team. Drive actionable feedback from the creative lead and other partners. Work closely with development teams to proactively identify and hand-off seasonal game assets for external production vendors to integrate efficiently into trailer production or design work, troubleshooting solutions to potential issues between dev and production timelines when necessary. Initiate music licensing and composition requests with EA's music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits. Send trailers and other assets to EA's Legal team with proper caveats for review and confirm required disclaimers. Send videos to ESRB for pre-clearance and communicate fixes required for compliance. Sync with EA's localization team to confirm on time delivery of localization projects and assets. Provide rapid response to executive & senior leadership team requests for assets for special use cases, events, board meetings, award shows. Source in-game assets for vendors including working with game producers to understand asset availability and directly pulling assets from Perforce. Maintain a tracker for brand design items including Seasonal Key Art, Primary Artwork updates, SKU artwork. Contribute to the video team's workflows including hands-on process and creative development; work directly with writers, gameplay capture artists, game producers, sound, and editors to listen and respond to pitches and ensure that only top-quality content is delivered to players. Evaluate our content, presenting new ways to improve our craft and our players' experience with gameplay video and cinematic content. Qualifications 4+ years' experience in a related field Track record working with developers and vendors.  Willing to travel. Partner with main team leaders to guide the creative execution and production of AAA assets for a global gaming audience. Maintain a clear overview of all content creation and instinctively delve into details when a more hands-on approach is required. Communicate schedules, status, risks, challenges, and solutions throughout the company. You are a master of influence, carefully balancing creative excellence with on-time delivery while following budget constraints and looking for savings. Be an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions. Can distill complex plans down to their path and essential milestones. Forecast and maintain asset production budgets and meet with finance partners to ensure accuracy of budget control documents. Qualifications: 5+ years as a Video/Content producer (or equivalent experience) in games, film, VFX or tv PC, Console, or Mobile games marketing experience Expertise with Project and Creative Management tools (ie. Airtable, Asana, io ) and DAMs 1+ year Experience with Localization Workflows Familiarity with Respawn, APEX LEGENDS (either with gameplay or IP) Understanding of Visual Effects/Motion Graphics, Live Action, and CG + 2D Animation Production Familiarity and expertise with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects a plus. The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
