About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand recognition, and fuel company growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing initiatives with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to generate demand, acquire customers, and elevate brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and goals, crafting marketing campaigns and initiatives to support pipeline development and acceleration.
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning email, social media, digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, and events to drive lead generation and conversion.
Oversee the development of high-quality content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics, to engage target audiences throughout the buyer's journey.
Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to extract insights, optimize performance, and foster continuous improvement.
Effectively manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
Foster alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesion in all marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B marketing, with emphasis on demand generation, pipeline creation, and content marketing in the SaaS industry.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
Effective communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.
Familiarity with organic search (SEO) best practices for traffic acquisition.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with product, design, and engineering teams.
Track record of owning pipeline creation and consistently meeting pipeline goals, leading to sales quota attainment.
