Location: Hybrid to Washington, D.C or Reston, VA As a Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for The effective delivery of information and corporate communications to employees and stakeholders.
This includes: Utilize a wide variety of channels to deliver content (blogs, executive briefings, video blogs, articles, talking points etc.) to communicate business goals. Established relationships throughout company to help provide stakeholders with most effective solutions to business needs. Organize major events and PI Planning. Develop and maintain a proactive and effective corporate internal communications strategy and process for key deliverables such as divisional accomplishments and enterprise decks. Draft and edit written communications. Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders. Managing the document library. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and time management. Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must. Mortgage industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree.
