Marketing CommunicationsCoordinator

Job Description:

The Marketing CommunicationsCoordinator is tasked with supporting the Corporate Communications team indeveloping and executing its global marketing program utilizing a combinationof online and offline marketing tactics including Public Relations,technical writing, sales enablement, website promotion, video, industry events,and social media support.This role will have an emphasis on projectmanagement, trade show coordination, sales enablement, and sales trainingdevelopment and coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-taskand meet deadlines.As a primary focus,this role will require coordinating, maintaining, and updating content on socialmedia networks, MACOM's external website, as well as internal sales andemployee portals.

Main Responsibilities:
Managecontent on the MACOM website
Managecontent in sales portal
Manage andmaintain internal employee portal site
Coordinateall websites content schedule and perform content audits
ManageSupport ticketing system
Support socialmedia strategy
Support tradeshow preparation
Supportcorporate press releases
Supportsales training

Role Definition:
Workcollaboratively with corporate communications team, MACOM functional teamsand business units
Dailysupport for new product introduction process - implementation/execution
Manage MACOMweb presence, including content creation
Metricstracking and reporting
Support HRand employee communications programs - implementation/execution
Executecustomer and internal communication newsletters
Assist withthe preparation of trade show and events
Support socialmedia program with implementation across multiple platforms.

Required Qualifications,Experience, and Skills
3-5 years ofexperience in marketing communications, project management and strategicthinking
Excellentwritten and verbal communication
Business toBusiness marketing experience preferred
Semiconductorindustry or Technology industry experience preferred
Experiencewith database marketing preferred
Understandingof CRM web platforms.
Knowledge ofweb, social network marketing, , database marketing technique
Strongproject management, organizational and planning skills
Problemanalysis and problem-solving
The abilityto work on multiple projects at one time
The abilityto work under pressure and to deadlines
The abilityto work on cross-functional teams
