Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive new marketing strategies. Design, build, and maintain engaging and user-friendly websites for the company's hospitality properties, ensuring seamless navigation and optimized user experience. Ability to work with numerous clients website hosting and website design. Create and manage targeted digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels, to drive traffic, leads, and bookings. Generate innovative and creative marketing ideas and campaigns tailored to the hospitality industry, including promotions, events, and partnerships, to attract and retain customers. Integrations with opentable, toast pos system, and website funnels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand standards. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI of ad campaigns, to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in website development, digital marketing, and hospitality marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in website development and design, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and compelling marketing content, campaigns, and promotions that resonate with targeted audiences. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track and measure marketing performance and inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
