Overview: Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Sales Professional to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales initiatives to maximize revenue through the integration of strategic marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, alongside experience or a strong interest in marketing, especially in content creation and social media strategy. We are seeking a driven, sales-focused professional. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives that maximize revenue across all aspects of Beech Mountain Resort. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Marketing Integration: Work closely with the Marketing Director to integrate comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance visibility and attract new customers. Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns that align with sales goals. Content Creation: Create engaging content for various social media platforms, contribute to the resort's blog, and assist in the production of marketing copy that resonates with our diverse clientele. Team Management: During the winter season, manage the group sales department, including hiring, training, and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed seasonal sales targets. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies to ensure targets are being met. Adjust strategies as necessary in response to analytics and market trends. Qualifications: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to lead a team, train new staff, and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of the hospitality or resort industry is preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
