Role Overview:
As a Marketing Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Telecommunication Analytics and Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our Analytics team, providing valuable insights from telecommunication campaigns and managing automated reporting for new initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of data mining and analytical tools, as well as the ability to conduct thorough historical analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end analysis of historical and ongoing acquisition campaign performance, identifying successful campaigns and offering actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing and finance leads to assess acquisition and lifecycle strategies continuously.
Utilize internal reporting to understand customer behavior and refine engagement strategies.
Partner with the analytics team to identify and track Device Financing transactions through automated reporting and data visualization.
Provide support for standard and ad hoc reports, including data pulls, formatting, and loading into reporting systems.
Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in analytics.
3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services, retail, or credit card payments.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, and Tableau.
Desired Skills:
Experience in data mining and dataset creation using SAS or SQL.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide support through data manipulation and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or BIRST.
Previous experience in measuring marketing campaigns and interpreting results.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with a high level of personal accountability and drive.
Proficiency in working with data in various formats and efficiently aggregating it for the team's understanding.
Location: Anywhere in the US (slight preference for EST)
Duration: 6 months, with possible extensions
Pay Rate: $30-$34 per hour
