In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Manufacturing Engineering with projects and routine Engineering tasks, such as: time studies, bottleneck analysis, value stream mapping, crewing guidelines, layout updates, fixture drawings, and standard work procedures (SWPs).
You will join an Engineering team, comprised of Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Technicians, to help support initiatives within a specific Product Group. You will gain an understanding of traditional Manufacturing Engineering activities necessary to support production, while also being given responsibility to perform tasks that will help you build your own Engineering skillset. Our team's success is crucial to the growth and continuous improvement of the Warroad location.
