Highlighted Duties:
Prioritize and coordinate tasks for Mechanical Engineers within your area.
Analyze machinery and equipment issues, devising solutions to boost quality, productivity, and uptime.
Lead redesign, modification, and retrofitting projects to optimize performance and save costs.
Scope projects, create engineering drawings, and manage project execution from start to finish.
Establish Preventative Maintenance Programs to maximize equipment uptime.
Provide technical expertise to Maintenance Personnel, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Highlighted Requirements:
MUST have experience in metal forming or metal stamping processes.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, including product launch.
MUST have experience in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in GD&T, ANSI standards, and modern manufacturing methods.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Ability to mentor younger team members.
