Job Description: We have an immediate need for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with heat treat equipment and processes, ensuring smooth daily production across our eight production lines. You will collaborate with maintenance technicians, lead capital projects, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on involvement with heat treat equipment and processes. Interface with maintenance technicians to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Lead and support capital projects related to heat treating operations. Ensure smooth daily production runs across all production lines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in heat treating operations. Experience in either conventional or induction heat treating is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information:
