Searching for Experienced Automotive Manufacturing Engineer.  If you have Automotive Experience in the OEM or Tier 1 Space "We Have the Perfect Job for You!"  Our Company is in Rapid Growth Mode in the Automotive EV and ICE Space.  We need Qualified Manufacturing Engineers. WE HAVE MULTIPLE OPENINGS - CALL US TODAY - TOP DOG ENGINEERS - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and understand automation equipment concerns related to part quality. Be a part of a dynamic team to support BIW (Body in White) improvements related to Closures, Fenders, BSO's, Hood's, Hatch, T-Lid, etc. Use your skill set to determine root cause for concerns and implement temporary and permanent countermeasures to improve part quality. Coordinate engineering activities on the shop floor from Stamping through Assembly, working with cross functional teams. Lead and direct quality improvement initiatives. Prepare Executive Level Presentations for project work and quality improvement programs related to assembly. Conduct evaluations of manufacturing processes with customers and identify areas of improvement. Manage and direct Engineering Change Notice (ECN) functions, including analyzing proposed process modifications, cost variance determination, establishing processing costs, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining ECN records. Participate and help drive new product launch activities. Provide assistance in diagnosing and troubleshooting automated equipment, PLCs, robotics, and digital sensors. Perform additional assigned duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 3 - 7 years' experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering roles. OEM or Tier 1 Experience is Preferred Possess extensive experience in PLC's, Robotics and Automation Systems Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to work cross functionally throughout the organization and communicate effectively throughout the organization. Travel to Customer Manufacturing or other Sites is required on some occasions.
