• Gain experience through exposure to various roles and operating procedures• Receive in-depth training in chosen specialty area• Prepare for a full-time assignment at a manufacturing plant in North America
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering, Operations, or Manufacturing Technology discipline• Graduation date of December 2023 to May 2024• Ability to travel throughout North America during the program• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
Benefits
