Responsibilities The Product Line Manager is responsible for defining & heading the execution of strategic initiatives for a division of the company's product line:
Develop & lead the product, technology, and customer go-to-market plans Drive alignment between strategic and commercial processes Understand the market, industry, and competitive trends Ensure competitive cost structures by working with related departments Drive competitive benchmarking activities Focus team towards strategic priorities Other duties as assigned Travel up to 20% domestically & internationally
Experience Bachelor's Degree (technical degree and/or MBA preferred) 4+ years of product management, program management, or related 5+ years of passenger car experience (sensing, thermal management, emissions)
