cPort Credit Union is currently seeking a proven dynamic team player for the Manager of Marketing position. The Manager of Marketing of reports to the COO/CFO, and manages the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, who collectively make up an efficient and effective department. cPort's vision is to deliver the best financial experience to our members, and the marketing department champions the cPort brand to support the member experience and to tell cPort's story to our larger community.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. The Manager of Marketing will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Essential job functions also include:Analyzing and tracking performance marketing performance metricsCollaborating with internal and external partnersProducing content updates for and managing distribution of marketing materials including branch materials, cPort's quarterly newsletter, and member email and mail communicationsCoordinating advertising campaigns with agency partnersMaintaining and enhancing reporting on marketing effectiveness in support of organizational goals; recommending strategies based on reporting data and industry trendsProposing and creating engaging, effective content for cPort's website and social mediaCoordinating the cPort Career Aspirations Scholarship Program and supporting cPort's community involvement effortsCoordinating member appreciation events and cPort's participation in community events
LocationThis position will be located in Portland, ME.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years' experience in marketing managementAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsDesign and/or video editing experience is preferred
